A brand new…
Oven & Some baking tools

It was 43 L with only cost RM390 ( me only got special price) …. I been looking for Oven since last year, BUT I duno which brand to buy,
until my SIL told me …“butterfly brand” was famous with Oven,
is cheap and big… very worth to buy. Not only Oven, I also buy some baking/ cupcake tools and ingredient…
..
get 2 cupcake baking book somemore from Acmamall … seem that the passion is stronger then doing the photoframe … hihihi…
Means i be getting fatter soon , already put on weight 😦

After one week , i cant wait to “play” with my new toys .
and straight i bake TWO Cupcake.

Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour unsifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine room temperature
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanila essence or extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate melted

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
3. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla; beat thoroughly.
5. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
6.
Add melted chocolate and beat thoroughly.7. Pour into prepared pan.
8. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
9. Cool 10 minutes in pan on rack; remove and cool completely before decorating

Banana Gold Cupcake

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour unsifted

  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine room temperature
  • 1 cups Sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanila essence or extract
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Combine flour, baking powder.
3. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy,
4.Add flour mixture 5. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla; beat thoroughly.
6. Sir in the mashed bananas until well combined 7. Pour into prepared pan.
8. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
9. Cool 10 minutes in pan on rack; remove and cool completely before decorating.
