Melaka

Going for site visit yesterday at Melaka. Well, not going to show any site photo here, but going to share what i had for my lunch at Melaka. As usual, when i go site visit, most off the time i will look for nyonya food. Melaka is famous with nyonya foods. I was drop by at a restaurant call “Amy Heritage Nyonya Cuisine”.

The 1st photo : Udang Lemak Nenas , Taugay with Ikan Masin, The rice was serve in the red basket as show in the photo.
2nd photo: Amy Ayam Goreng look normal in the photo, but actually it’s really taste good, there had special homemade ingredient to fried the chicken.
3rd photo : How nice and yummy the liltte cup Pohpiah with the crispy pohpiah skin.
4th photo: It’s call Tai Bak, i was curious by the name call Tai Bak, that’s y i order it, It’s look like cendol, those colourful “cendol” was made by rice and serve with sugar syrup. At it’s was serve and prepare during wedding day for the nyonya time, not sure about this generation.
